About Shedrick Foundation: Services

The Shedrick Foundation partners with the Shedrick Family Wellness Health Home Program. This program is designed to facilitate medical, behavioral health long-term services and supports, and other social services for eligible clients. To receive health home benefits, eligible clients must agree to participate in the Health Home Program and currently receive PRP/IOP services within the organization. 

Supported Employment services include a variety of supports to help an individual identify career and employment interests, as well as to find and keep a job. Supported Employment activities include:

• Individualized job development and placement.

• On-the-job training in work and work-related skills

• Facilitation of natural supports in the workplace

• Ongoing support and monitoring of the individual's performance on the job
